• PR to provide copy of Civic Trust report to Forum (to be tabled)
• DF to produce Topic Paper on environmental/green issues (attached)
• SP to arrange for Canada Water Vision Statement to be included with the Development Brief, Topic Papers and any other relevant Council or external briefing papers as adopted by the Forum
• PA to add sentence to Education Paper re future provision (attached)

7. FORUM ELECTIONS & AGM:- to discuss proposed programme;

• Election of Focus Group representatives mid-March/mid-May:
  (Private Housing, Council Tenants, Faith, Voluntary Sector, CWC, Youth and Local Business)
• CWCF AGM Monday, 10^th June, 2002

NB Focus Group election dates to be notified to CWCF by March 11^th, 2002

8. UPDATE ON DEVELOPMENT BRIEF:

Appointment/Brief of Urban Initiatives (letter to be tabled)

9. PLANNING PERMISSIONS:

SP to report on current and new applications
